How does the free estimate work?
Send us a few details about your property using the estimate form. We follow up to confirm anything we need, then send a written quote. For larger or more complex spaces, we may suggest a short walkthrough.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Mercer Island, Shoreline, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Tukwila, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Lynnwood, and Edmonds. If you are nearby, ask us.
Do you clean medical clinics?
Yes. Medical clinic cleaning is part of our commercial services. It covers waiting rooms, consultation rooms, administrative offices, restrooms, floors, common areas, and high-touch surface disinfection.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. We will agree a schedule that fits your operating hours, including early mornings or evenings.
What cleaning frequencies do you offer?
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or a customized schedule. One-time deep cleans and move-in or move-out cleans are also available.
Should I book a deep clean first?
We recommend it for first-time clients and for properties that have not been professionally cleaned in a while. It sets a clean baseline that routine visits can maintain.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. Many clients arrange access in advance. We will agree how to handle keys or entry codes when we schedule.
Do you offer Airbnb turnover cleaning?
Yes. Turnovers include bed making, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, restocking essentials, trash removal, and a property inspection.
